ZERO upgrade set for VSR and CYMA CM.700, CM.708

Upgrade set for manual sniper rifles made by Tokyo Marui and CYMA, models VSR and CM.700, contains basic parts for increasing the performance of the weapon. 

The hybrid piston is manufactured by precision CNC machining from lightweight but very durable 6061-T6 (Dural) aluminum alloy with a high quality anodized finish. The piston retainer is made of stainless steel, which ensures good durability even when using strong springs. The piston contains two slip-on polyacetal (POM) rings and the piston head is anti-pressure with a sealing O-ring that expands when fired to provide a better seal. Due to the increased internal diameter of the piston, the insertion of a thicker 9mm upgrade spring is possible and recommended. The piston is 105mm long, 21.8mm outer diameter, 13.5mm inner diameter and weighs just 30g.

The spring guide is precision machined from stainless steel and features a ball bearing to reduce spring tension when compressed. It allows the use of both conventional 7mm springs and thicker upgraded 9mm springs.

The spring is made of high quality spring steel with proper heat treatment and ground ends. It is chemically blackened against corrosion. The outer diameter of the spring is approximately 12.8 mm. It should be borne in mind that if a very strong spring is used, there is a risk of damage to the weapon. M180 and M190 springs are already very difficult to stretch, and a spring of approximately M150 is considered a reasonable choice.
