This aerospace-grade EN AW 7075 T6 aluminum head with H+PTFE surface treatment combines dual O-rings (guide + sealing), 11 counter-pressure intake ports engineered for optimal compression, and an axial bearing for trouble-free spring operation—all at a low weight of 6 g (or 11.4 g including the bearing, flange, and screw).

Why it performs better

• Counter-pressure design rapidly expands the sealing O-ring against the cylinder → excellent air-tightness and consistent output.

• Maximized flat impact surface efficiently absorbs piston shocks into the cylinder head’s buffer → quieter report and longer buffer life.

• Rounded, aerodynamic port edges improve airflow to the O-ring and remove sharp transitions that typically damage the cylinder head buffer.
