CNC Hop Up Chamber for AK

The CNC Hop-Up chamber for AK is an upgrade part designed for AK platform airsoft guns. It is made from EN AW 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum, combining low weight with high strength, and thanks to CNC machining and a protective anodized finish, it offers precise construction and long service life even under demanding use.

The chamber design has been refined through testing to provide reliable feeding and very good performance. With a 20.1 mm nozzle and a 60 Shore hop-up bucking, it achieved stable performance and trouble-free feeding even with heavier BBs in both SEMI and AUTO operation.

One of the main advantages is the special collet nut located at the front of the chamber, which ensures very secure and precise inner barrel retention. After inserting the barrel with the hop-up bucking, it is first secured with the plastic clip and then lightly tightened using the collet nut with a 10 mm wrench. This helps keep the barrel firmly aligned and the setup more stable.

The chamber is best used with a CNC V3 gearbox, where it can be screwed directly to the gearbox to help reduce air loss and keep the inner barrel precisely aligned. However, it can also be used with a standard zinc alloy gearbox.

Hop-up pressure is adjusted by moving the adjustment lever forward or backward. The pressure nub is not included, but you can use the original one or choose an upgraded silicone or Teflon version. The chamber can also be expanded with an optional CNC support block, which improves fitment in the gun body and helps with feeding.

The chamber is supplied disassembled, with the individual parts packed separately.
