What does II. quality mean?
Products in the second quality category are 100% functional, but they may have a minor defect that does not affect the functionality of the product itself. Each product is inspected and only then released for sale.
All defects are individually mentioned for each product.
The products of the second quality category also come with a 2-year warranty.
Since July 2016, PolarStar has labeled nozzles by number (length) rather than rifle model. Why? The required nozzle length can vary between rifles carrying the same model name due to design differences or gearbox shell thickness changing how far the cylinder sits from the hop-up chamber. That means one nozzle length may work across different rifles, but may not fit the same model from another manufacturer.
The “Original Model” in the description (here: M14, G&G) is simply the platform from which this length originated—it is not a definitive compatibility list.
Key Features
Numbered by length for accurate selection
Tip length: 0.95" (~24.1 mm) for proper hop-up engagement
Original model reference: M14 (G&G) — reference only, not exclusive compatibility
Helps account for build variances like gearbox thickness and chamber position
Specifications
Nozzle ID: O-1
Original Model (reference): M14, G&G
Tip Length: 0.95" (≈ 24.1 mm)
Application: PolarStar HPA setups (select by length)
Selection & Install Tips
Measure your current nozzle or verify the required length for your gearbox + hop-up combo.
After installation, check seal, BB feeding, and FPS consistency.
Tolerances vary by brand; minor tuning may be required.
