Hi-Capa /SSP/SSP5 to M4 HPA ADAPTER

The HPA adapter for Hi-Capa / SSP5 to M4 magazines is a practical solution for players who want to convert their Hi-Capa / SSP5 platform to HPA and use AEG M4 magazines instead of standard pistol magazines. The result is higher ammunition capacity, easier reloads, and more effective use of the pistol in dynamic play, CQB, and speedsoft.

The adapter is designed to be used with a compatible donor gas magazine and, depending on the selected version, is available in either a standard straight configuration or an angled 70° version. The 70° design runs the magazine more parallel to the wrist, reducing the overall vertical profile of the setup. This is especially useful for players who want the most compact build possible for a more aggressive playstyle.

The construction is made from highly impact-resistant polycarbonate, offering excellent durability and long service life under regular use. The adapter uses a single stack feed design for more reliable operation and is compatible with most airsoft M4 magazines. The manufacturer especially recommends PTS EPM-LR, EPM1RX, EPM-1, and EPM1S magazines, as well as other models with strong springs. Another practical benefit is BB retention, meaning that typically only 2–3 BBs are lost during magazine changes.

The package includes the adapter magwell, single stack module, magazine screw for 2.5 mm Allen key, and depending on the setup also multiple rear shims to fine-tune compatibility with different magazines. The adapter comes as standard with a US Foster fitting, which is the most common airsoft HPA connection type. An EU fitting can be purchased separately.

The adapter is compatible with most Hi-Capa 5.1 style magazines, including WE, Tokyo Marui, Novritsch, Raven, and Vorsk. Magazines must use a screw type attachment, not pins. When paired with the magazines above, the adapter will work with most airsoft pistols based on the Hi-Capa / SSP5 platform.

Because some adapters have a smaller internal volume than standard gas magazines, the recommended operating pressure is approximately 90–150 PSI, and 150 PSI must not be exceeded. For correct and safe operation, always use air regulated by a secondary regulator. The adapter must never be connected directly to paintball tanks, CO2 tanks, or Tippmann-style HPA lines.

For long service life, the manufacturer recommends using only 100% silicone oil for sealing and maintenance. Oils containing petrochemical solvents or superglue-type adhesives may damage the polycarbonate.
