Piston head DURAL DOUBLE

This AirsoftParts piston head is CNC-machined from EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin and finished with electroless nickel for a smoother cycle and superior wear/corrosion resistance. Nine front ports channel air under the O-ring during compression, making it expand and seal tightly against the cylinder, ensuring consistent velocity and shot-to-shot stability.

An axial ball bearing lets the spring rotate freely under compression, which reduces torsion and noticeably extends spring lifespan. While the design isn’t marketed as “ultralight,” a plastic nut smartly reduces overall weight without sacrificing durability.

It fits gearboxes v2, v3, and v7. With quality sealing parts (1× O-ring + 1× guide ring) and precise machining, it’s a reliable choice even for high-power builds up to M170.
