Tappet Plate Spring 190%

This 190% reinforced nozzle return spring is designed to improve the performance of AEG gearboxes that rely on a tension spring to return the tappet plate (nozzle arm) to its resting position. While it maintains the same length as standard springs, it delivers significantly more force thanks to its strengthened material.

The result? Faster nozzle closure, better BB feeding, and improved shot consistency – especially useful in high-RPS builds or upgraded setups.

Unlike shortened or improvised springs, this version offers longer service life and minimized risk of deformation or breakage.

The 190% strength makes it ideal for reinforced tappet plates, such as those made from POM or other rigid materials. It's compatible with most AEG gearboxes that use a standard pull-type nozzle return spring (e.g., Version 2 and Version 3).
