TDC Hop-Up adjuster for 30mm outer barrels

TDC is a simple device suitable for a wide range of airsoft sniper rifles. By rotating the ring, it adjusts the pressure of the hop-up chamber and alters the trajectory of the fired BB. The device provides the user with higher accuracy and comfort compared to adjusting with screws or levers. There are two types available, differing in length, mounting screw placement, and bottom arc for various barrel diameters.  

The TDC device is made on precise CNC machines from aluminum alloy. It consists of a base and a adjustment ring. It is placed on top of the outer barrel, precisely above the Hop-Up chamber. The low profile does not interfere even with large scopes with sunshades. TDC is not primarily supported by firearm manufacturers and cannot simply be attached and screwed on. During installation, it is necessary to partially dismantle the barrel, measure the position of the hop-up chamber, and precisely drill a hole from the top into the outer barrel. This hole is used by the TDC device's adjusting screw. By turning it, its length changes, lifting or tilting the hop-up chamber, thus altering the BB's flight path.

In most cases, it is necessary to glue the TDC to the barrel using super glue. The package includes an M3x10 screw, which can be used to screw the device to the chamber over the barrel. This screwing is logically better than gluing; however, only a few original chambers have a threaded hole. A typical example is the chamber for MB01/04/05/06/08/13 Well. Also, newer AirsoftPro chambers have this thread on their upper side and are compatible with TDC.
