The complete EmersonGear combat uniform combines a modern cut, durable materials and practical features designed for demanding movement in the field. The set consists of a combat shirt and trousers and is suitable for airsoft, tactical activities and other situations where comfort, mobility and durability are important.

The main fabric consists of 65% polyester and 35% cotton in a RipStop weave with an additional Teflon treatment. This helps repel water and oily stains, reduces dirt build-up and makes the garment easier to maintain.

Combat shirt

The shirt is designed primarily to be worn under a tactical or ballistic vest. The torso section is made from lightweight, breathable material for improved comfort during prolonged use.

The sleeves and collar use a more durable camouflage fabric. The sleeves are equipped with elbow pads featuring a plastic outer section, helping protect the elbows during movement, kneeling or shooting from low positions.

The neck is closed with a durable YKK zipper. The collar can be worn folded down or raised, depending on preference. The cuffs can be adjusted with Velcro, allowing the sleeves to fit comfortably around the wrists or gloves.

The sleeves also feature pockets with Velcro panels for patches, identification markings and similar accessories.

Combat trousers

The trousers are equipped with multiple pockets for carrying equipment and are designed to maintain freedom of movement during dynamic activity.

Strategically placed stretch Lycra panels provide additional flexibility when running, kneeling or overcoming obstacles.

The trousers include padded knee pads with a hard plastic outer section. Their position can be adjusted by tightening the trouser legs around the knees as well as by using a concealed adjustment strap running towards the upper pockets. This allows the protector to be moved higher or lower so that it sits correctly over the knee.

The ends of the trouser legs can also be tightened for a better fit around tactical or outdoor boots.

The crotch features a YKK zipper with an additional Velcro flap. Belt loops allow the use of a standard trouser belt approximately 4 cm wide.

Teflon treatment

The Teflon treatment helps repel water and oily stains. This reduces soiling, makes maintenance easier and allows the material to dry more quickly after becoming wet.

YKK zippers

The uniform uses YKK zippers, widely known for their durability and reliability. They are commonly used in outdoor and tactical clothing where dependable long-term performance is important.

RipStop fabric

RipStop is a special weaving technique in which stronger fibres are woven into the fabric at regular intervals. If the material is mechanically damaged, this structure helps prevent the tear from spreading further.
