What does II. quality mean?
Products in the second quality category are 100% functional, but they may have a minor defect that does not affect the functionality of the product itself. Each product is inspected and only then released for sale.
All defects are individually mentioned for each product.
The products of the second quality category also come with a 2-year warranty.
As my mother used to say, you can never have enough ammunition and grenades! But where to put the grenades? In pouches! When purchasing grenade pouches, it is important to focus on factors such as the capacity of the pouch itself, the fastening system, ease of access, and the type of pouch for which the grenades are intended. So, when buying, you need to consider how many grenades you will be carrying and what types.
A well-cleared room using a grenade is a priceless feeling! Those who have experienced it know... All the more so if the grenade can be easily and smoothly removed from the equipment and, in the case of gas grenades, if it can be returned to the pouch and securely fastened against loss.
First, you need to decide how many grenades and what type you want to carry with you during the event. Holsters are available in various capacities and according to the type of grenade.
These pouches can hold one grenade, most commonly the M62 type. From an airsoft perspective, these are Taginn and ASG gas grenades, but other types or smoke grenades can also fit. We recommend CLAWGEAR, Invader Gear, and Primal Gear as perfect pouches.
These pouches can hold 2 grenades, most commonly M62 models and similar types, as with single grenade pouches. These pouches are also great for carrying smoke grenades.
This pouch can hold 2 grenades of 40 mm caliber for underbarrel grenade launchers, such as the M203. As with the classic pouch for one grenade, we can recommend CLAWGEAR as the manufacturer.
These pouches are attached with Velcro as a belly pouch to a vest. Their capacity varies, but is usually around 5 grenades. WOSPORT offers some very interesting products.
Pouches for 2 grenades are most commonly used. However, keep in mind that the more grenades you carry, the heavier the total weight will be, especially if you plan to use reusable gas grenades.
Next, you need to think about where you will attach the grenade pouches. They are most often worn on a vest, chest rig, or belt. There are several ways to attach this pouch to the selected part of your equipment. Below, we will describe the most commonly used attachment systems.
This is the most commonly used system, which allows you to attach a grenade pouch or any other pouch to compatible vests, backpacks, or belts.
For example, with hanging pouches, we can find pouches attached to vests using Velcro, which is a quick and strong connection, as the Velcro strip is really strong. The advantage is that if you do not plan to use the pouch, you can simply remove it from the vest. This is not usually possible with Molle fastenings, as it is a lengthy process. The disadvantage may be that the pouch bounces on your stomach.
Some manufacturers may use alternative attachment methods, such as various clips, loops, snaps, etc. Therefore, consider which system will suit you best and will also hold best on your existing equipment.
Our tip: The pouch must be attached to the equipment as tightly as possible so that it has as little slack as possible when moving. If the pouches on your vest move around and bounce, you will tire much more quickly.
For maximum ease when working with grenades, we recommend choosing pouches with a quick-release mechanism that allows quick access to grenades, as you often only have a few moments to complete the entire operation and every second counts. For example, pouches from Clawgear and Primal Gear have a high-quality plastic clip that holds the grenade firmly in place while ensuring immediate access to the contents.
Our tip: Velcro pouches are really loud when opened, so if you're looking for something quiet, avoid them.
A high-quality pouch should be made from the best materials. It will protect the grenade from external factors and will also serve you for a long time without being damaged by repeated use. Therefore, look for pouches made from high-quality, weather-resistant materials. We recommend nylon or other highly durable fabrics, such as CORDURA. High-quality pouches include those from Clawgear and Invader Gear. Cheaper options made from lower-quality materials include pouches from Wosport, GFC, and Primal Gear.
Other useful features include internal dividers/elastic straps. These can help secure grenades in place and prevent them from rattling. Some pouches have removable inserts, which can be removed to make the pouch more versatile.
