High-performance INFINITY engines. The vast majority of engine components are CNC machined for durability and performance. They were developed for demanding players who wants a reliable and powerful motor for any build.

CNC machined covers:

The aluminum front and rear covers are machined by precision CNC machines. They achieve less play and provide optimal shaft support under the high forces that are applied to the part during operation. The result is optimum energy transfer and virtually no wear.

CNC machined pinion:

The pinion is machined from SCM415 alloy steel on CNC machines and then quenched for maximum durability and longevity.

CNC machined stainless steel shaft:

To withstand the high torsional forces the shaft is subjected to during operation, it is made from SUS415 stainless steel and machined on CNC machines, resulting in great precision and strength of this part.

Silicon steel rotor:

Adding silicon to steel makes the steel more efficient and faster in terms of creating and maintaining a magnetic field. Silicon steel thus increases the efficiency and heat dissipation of any device using steel as a magnetic core material. As a result, INFINITY Series motors generate lower temperatures, ensuring long term high performance and long life.

Precision motor housing:

Motor housing design tolerances are at a whopping 0.05 mm versus 0.2 mm - 0.3 mm for competitive motors. This allows the magnets to be at a very close and precise distance from the rotor, eliminating unstable performance during rotation, so INFINITY motors run smoother than most comparable motors.

Neodymium magnets

All magnets cease to be magnetic when exposed to a certain temperature. Thanks to Neodymium "Nd-Fe-B" magnets, which can operate up to 150 degrees Celsius , INFINITY CNC will perform in even the most extreme upgrade setups.
