TM/DE MWS Shotgun Shell HPA Adapter - Black

The HPA adapter for MWS to shotgun shells is designed for players who want to run their MWS / MWS clone replica on HPA while keeping the setup as compact and discreet as possible. The adapter does not require a donor magazine — it is a true plug-and-play solution, pre-fitted with valve, feed lips, and gas router, with no extra assembly required.

The design is based around its own magazine body and uses 30-round shotgun shells, making it far less obvious than traditional large HPA adapters. Visually, it resembles a short low-capacity M4 magazine, which makes it a great option for players who want to keep a cleaner or DMR-style look on their build.

A major advantage is the BB retention mechanism, which prevents BB loss during shell changes. Once the shell is empty, the adapter feeds all 30 BBs and drops 0 BBs. Fast handling is also supported by an ambidextrous shell catch located at the rear of the adapter.

The adapter is compatible with most airsoft shotgun shells, with the manufacturer especially recommending CYMA or Golden Eagle shells due to their stronger springs. The package also includes three feed tubes of different lengths, allowing feeding to be fine-tuned according to manufacturing tolerances of specific shells.

To improve compatibility across different MWS platforms, the adapter features an integrated shim system.
The rear shim helps take up tolerance and increase forward pressure toward the nozzle, improving air seal and feeding reliability.
The side shim allows adjustment of how high the adapter sits in the rifle, which helps fine-tune the position of the feed lips and gas router relative to the nozzle.

It comes standard with a US Foster fitting, the most common HPA fitting in airsoft. An EU fitting can be purchased separately. Recommended operating pressure is approximately 90–150 PSI, and 150 PSI must not be exceeded. The adapter uses a high-flow valve, allowing strong performance and reliable operation even at higher output levels.
