ULTRA LIGHT Piston with Full Metal Teeth

The ULTRA LIGHT piston with full metal teeth for AEG rifles is designed for players and technicians who want to reduce the weight of moving gearbox parts while still maintaining solid durability for regular and more demanding use. Thanks to its well-thought-out construction, it offers very low weight together with reliable strength.

The piston is built around a lightweight polymer body with a bionic-inspired design. This helps reduce weight without unnecessarily sacrificing strength or rigidity. The result is a total weight of only 13.3 g, which can have a positive effect on overall cycling, response, and gearbox load.

The piston is fitted with a full metal rack with 14 teeth, providing improved durability compared to basic versions. The rack is also modified to help protect against short-term gearbox lock-up by removing the second engaging tooth.

Thanks to its low weight, the piston can help increase FPS while also contributing to longer gearbox service life. Its universal design fits most standard AEG platforms, with the exception of replicas using special gearboxes such as PSG1, SR25, or L85.

For long-term durability, the manufacturer recommends use with springs up to M130 and a rate of fire of up to approximately 20 BB/s.
